Our Shipping Policy

  • Please allow one to two weeks for shipping, under certain restrictions and busy periods shipping may be further delayed.
  • Free shipping parcels are provided with a tracking number, please liaise with the courier if you are experiencing delays. Step is not responsible for parcels once tracking has been provided. 
  • Purchases are processed the following business day. Since the shipping department is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, payments placed on Friday will be processed on Monday.
  • Once your order has been processed, no further changes can be made to it. 
  • An extra $10 charge will incur for providing incorrect shipping information. This is in order for us to pay for the reshipment of the package. If you wish to cancel the order and get a refund, only a $5 charge will be placed because the cost of the initially shipment.
  • We can NOT ship to these states:
    • New York
    • Oklahoma
    • Nevada
